Is the coke is a bit crumbly, you can give it a squeeze, if it is a bit powdery and crumbly it is probably good.
Sparkle
Good cocaine usually has a bit of a crystalline sparkle to it.
Sour smell
Another very sure fire sign of good cocaine is the fact that it has a strong sour smell. This smell is very difficult to replicate with any other substance.
Foam
You can also scrape out a little bit of your cocaine, put it on a mirror, add some water and rub it in. If it foams up, it is most likely good cocaine.
